Over de functie

Als Constructie Supervisor ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van project werkzaamheden in een industriële werkomgeving. Je werkt samen met diverse afdelingen en contractors om ervoor te zorgen dat werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief, efficiënt en kostenbewust worden uitgevoerd. Tevens houd je incidenteel toezicht op de uitvoering van onderhoudsactiviteiten.

Jouw taken

  • Plannen en coördineren van werkzaamheden tussen verschillende aannemers en interne teams
  • Toezicht houden op de uitvoering van constructiewerkzaamheden en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Incidenteel supervisie van maintenance werkzaamheden en afname werkzaamheden in het veld.
  • Onboarden van externe contractors voor de projecten en maintenance afdeling
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en Arbo-voorschriften.
  • Uitvoering geven aan het contractor management programma
  • Beheren van projecten magazijn

    • Wat vragen wij?

  • Opleiding: Een afgeronde mbo of hbo in de richting Werktuigbouwkunde, Procesindustrie, Civiele Techniek of Elektrotechniek.
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als constructie supervisor in de chemische industrie of een vergelijkbare werkomgeving. Vertrouwd met het aansturen van onderaannemers, inclusief communicatie op de bouwplaats
  • Kennis: Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met veiligheidsvoorschriften en -procedures in een industriële omgeving
  • Taal: Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Competenties: Communicatief sterk, zelfstandig, oplossingsgericht, verantwoordelijk, hands-on instelling, beslisvaardig en sterk in planning en kwaliteitsbewaking.
