As a Sales Agent at Gro Direct, your primary role would be to sell insurance products to clients, primarily focusing on the products offered by The Unlimited Group. Here’s a breakdown of the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Generate leads, build relationships, and sell insurance products to clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of The Unlimited Group’s insurance products.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analyses with clients to understand their insurance requirements.
- Quotations and Proposals: Provide clients with personalized quotations and proposals.
- Policy Issuance and Administration: Ensure accurate policy issuance, amendments, and cancellations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of Gro Direct.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong Sales and Marketing Skills: Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets.

Requirements:
- Residing in Middelburg or surrounding areas.
- South African ID.
- Matric Certificate (50% average)/ NQF Level 4.
